snobbery

the two women in front of me are talking about lunch. one of them is trying to describe falafel to the other. im always surprised when i find someone who lives or works in new york who doesnt know what a falafel is. whats worse is that the women describing falafel (and hummus)is doing a such a terrible job at it.
